Adrian is an Industrial Fire Engineering and Process Safety Engineer with over 15 years experience in Risk Management, Loss Prevention and Fire Protection Engineering in the Oil, Chemical, Mining, Petrochemical, Infrastructure and Transport Industries. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and a Fellow with Engineers Australia for mechanical and fire safety engineering, a Registered Accredited Fire Safety Engineer in Queensland (RPEQ), N.S.W (C10) Fire Engineer and Victoria (EF) Fire Engineer and is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the UK Engineering Council through the Institute of Fire Engineers. In 2018 Adrian was awarded the Ray Manser annual award from IFE for fire engineering excellence and dedication to advancing the fire engineering discipline in Australia.
Adrian has extensive knowledge in all industrial fire protection systems design, installation, commissioning and auditing in heavy industries. Adrian is experienced in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) fire, explosion and gas dispersion simulations, qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, auditing and implementation of process safety management systems and incident investigation.

Daryl is an electrical engineer whose career has been focused on Instrumentation, Control Systems and Functional Safety. Over a career of more than twenty five years Daryl has been involved in project delivery and technical roles that have spanned conceptual work through to execution, commissioning, ramp-up and operational support.
Daryl’s experience has been in metallurgical extraction, refining, waste water treatment, coal, product handling and processing working in both Australia, Africa and the Middle East. He has worked in these industries in project, operational support, maintenance and technical management positions. His areas of special expertise include burner management, functional safety, alarm management and performance based risk management.
Shyamal Sharma

Shyamal is an electrical engineer, specialising in Control Systems Engineering with over 14 years of experience in design, detailed engineering and commissioning of process control and safety systems. He has a proven track record of delivering engineering projects and offers specialist engineering expertise in functional safety and hazardous areas. He is a recognised Charted Professional Engineer and TUV certified Functional Safety Engineer.
Shyamal has worked on many large projects including the Wiggins Island Coal Terminal, Koniambo Nickel Refinery and the expansion of Queensland Nickel Refinery where he started his engineering career. He has experience across a number of infrastructure and resource sectors including nickel, coal, manganese, shale-oil, energy and waste water. His roles have included control system design; safety system design and verification; hazardous area classification, design and verification; on-site field engineering and commissioning. He has experience in ABB 800xA DCS, ABB System Six DCS, Emerson Delta V DCS, Rockwell Allen Bradley PLC and Siemens S7 PLC systems.
